When it comes to the management of Group Retirement Savings Plans & Pensions the most important aspect from our clients (the employer) standpoint is meeting the Capital Accumulation Plan (CAP) guidelines.
These guidelines were developed to ensure the plan members (the employees) were getting quality investment advice and personal care. These standards can be a liability to the employer if not followed.
We work in partnership with our clients to remove that liability from their plate.

Ian is a passionate independent Certified Financial Planner who is focused on helping clients achieve their goals of financial independence. He takes pride in knowing the details well, yet he has the unique ability of explaining everything in clear, straight forward, and easy to understand language.
Ian opened his first independent practice (Element Integrated Financial Solutions) in 2014. That same year he qualified for the Million Dollar Round Table – “The Premier Association of Financial Professionals” and earned the accolades of Rookie of the Year at Customplan Financial Advisors.

Tammy started in the financial services industry in 2006, employed at one of Canada's largest banks. She joined our team in 2022 bringing with her a high level of experience in Service Account Management, Banking Account Management, and personal financial planning services through the sale of Mutual Funds, retirement products and investment products.
At McLeod Mooney Financial Planning Inc. Tammy is involved with helping our clients continue to meet their financial goals and objectives providing experienced financial advice and guidance as an Associate Financial Advisor working with our Certified Financial Planners.
