The Opportunity:


McLeod Mooney Financial Planning Inc. is looking for an enthusiastic, reliable, positive, and friendly, full-time Administrative Assistant to join our growing and committed team in Delta, BC!


Must Haves:

  • Trustworthy: You know how to maintain private information confidential, and whether working alone or in a team, you accomplish tasks with little supervision because you know your hard work will speak volumes of you and your professional ethic!

  • Problem Solver: no problem stands a chance with you! Because you always keep a close eye on the situations your encounter, you find ways to actively find solutions to target any foreseeable problems.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide a world-class customer service experience to our clients

  • Prepare account opening documentation and follow up on documentation with clients or back office as required

  • Follow up on client trades to ensure proper settlement and delivery

  • Maintain current knowledge of client accounts by reviewing daily activity online and on applicable reports

  • Maintain all pending plan transfers to ensure proper settlement and delivery

  • Schedule client appointments for financial planning reviews

  • Prepare client review materials, correspondence and reports

  • Utilize contact management systems for daily task management and client record-keeping

  • Assist in filing and preparing mailings such as seminars, newsletters and information packages.

  • Conduct various administrative functions as required including the review of incoming mail and answering telephone calls.
